    Just print the holder and then buy a Batavus bike and a Xiaomi mi4 smartphone to go with it :) No, just kidding. I added a step file so it is easier to change for a different sized phone. Unfortunately this holder probably will only fit certain batavus bikes. My odometer broke ages ago so I thought it was time for an upgrade with slightly more functionality. I included a picture that shows the handlebar lever before i put the bracket on. First open the lever and then you can remove the black plate just by pressing it from the back. It will pop off nicely. Slide the phone holder in the lever and close the lever. Once the lever is closed you the phone holder will be firmly stay in place. My Xiaomi mi4 fits in snuggly with its siliconcover on.

    Mounting bracket for the transmitter from a Polhemus Fastrak Digitizer system. We use this system to digitize the location of sensors when they are worn by a subject using the Brainstorm Toolbox for MATLAB (http://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/ [1]).The transmitter needs to be mounted on the back of a chair, but there isn't an off-the-shelf solution for this problem. We made one.1/23/15 TransmitterBox_FlatBack_3.14.stl was found to be a bad file, it has been replaced.1/12/15 Added TransmitterBox_FlatBack_3.14 This is the 'final' version of the model with a flat back. The size of the access holes to allow for easier marking of the pilot hole location.1/9/15 Added TransmitterBox_CurvedBack_3.13 Printed this out, mounted it and it works great for the chair that I have. Access holes have been increased in size to accommodate a pencil. I'm considering this the 'final' for the curved model. The only minor issue is that there is slightly more play than necessary in the Y direction when the transmitter is installed. Other than that it is great. The only possible improvement at this time would be to create 4 holes in the bottom of the holder so that you could run some screws up through it and into threaded holes in the transmitter. I think that this is overkill, so I'm going to call this good until someone convinces me otherwise.Share and enjoy.1/8/15 Added TransmitterBox_CurvedBack_3.11 This model has slightly bigger access holes in the hopes that a pencil will fit through to aid marking. A curved back was also added to accommodate chairs with a curved back. This model is being printed for further testing.1/5/15 Version 3.9 is installed on a chair and was used successfully during a subject visit. The researcher loved it. The design will only get better from here. This model will be replaced once the access hole size has been determined.12/29/14 Version 3.9 is now in a usable state. This was a modification of version 3.8, which needed the position and size of the cord notch adjusted. I am going to do a final print of this, but test the printout that I modified manually.This was printed in PLA, but would be better in ABS. This is doubly true if your chair back has a curve to it. My test model cracked a bit due to poorly spaced pilot holes, so be careful of that.Please download, print, test and comment regarding this thing.Future Improvements? I'm happy with this, but I may further modify it to take into account the curve of the chair back I happen to be using.Additionally, marking the lower pilot holes accurately is difficult since the access holes are big enough for a screwdriver, but not a pencil. I may have to address that as well.12/23/14 Version 3.4 has some issues with hole sizing, so it currently doesn't work. X dimension works, Y is a little sloppy.     This will attach a sensor to the bottom of the Y-carriage of the printer.  It is designed to hold the bracket either on the front or the rear of the carriage and route around the hotend mount.  Replace one of the M5x25 screws that hold on the wheels with an M5x30 and place the bracket on the screw, then the nut below the bracket.  I only made a "left" model, if you want to attach it to the "right" side, you will need to modify the model by flipping the upper part of the bracket.I printed mine in PLA with 20% infill and one perimeter at a .2 layer height.  You will likely want to flip the model so that it prints on edge on your printer.  I did not need support material for the holes.The original file is in FreeCad format.

    Mounting bracket for "ESCAP 16 Coreless DC 12V 540RPM Gear Motor With encoder 16MM" from ebay. Motor mounts to bracket with 2x M2 screws 5mm long. This motor keeps turning down to 0.1 Vdc, and each of the 2 (quadrature) encoder outputs delivers 3456 pulses per revolution of output shaft. Since the even pulses are consistently 17% different in length from the odd pulses, the encoder is probably the combination of two separate quadrature detectors, not quite 45 degrees apart. OpenSCAD file provided for bracket.

    This is a very simple endstop bracket for Makerbots mechanical endstop V1.2.  The holes are slightly smaller than M3, so may need to be drilled out a little bit.  The mounting holes for the endstop are recessed to accommodate the heads of the M3 screws (flat head type)Printed with PLA with 1 perimeter and 10% infill, support material turned on.To assemble, insert two M3x8 screws from the back, put the endstop on, and secure with two m3 aircraft nuts on the front of the endstop.  To attach to the v-slot, put 2 t-nuts close to where you want to put the endstop and secure with m3x8 screws

    It has a wider mouth to allow easy insertion, but after inserting it a bit further it's quite tight (doh, from now on inserting this plug will not be the same).I've found the tolerances to be perfect in the STL file. It's easy to insert or remove the plug, even without a precise aim. However, it's a parametric SCAD model so you can adjust it to your needs with OpenSCAD.If the wall's surface is uneven, I recommend mounting it with spacers (e.g. an M6 nut) between the plate and the wall. This is to avoid deforming the back plate. Use the washers to avoid deforming the mounting plate's holes.Print it with a high infill (e.g. > 35%) so that it will be quite strong and last many years.It will fit plugs such as Mennekes plugs that are made according to VDE-AR-E 2623-2-2.

The aim is to provide some flexibility in positioning your feeder(s), spool(s) and whatever you want to experiment with... The 3 main parts of the backplate mount to your left and right feeder motor holes (use any M3 bolts you have, exesive length will disapear behind your motor covers), in the middle they mount to the "U2RS_MiddleScrewPlate" which you put into the holes of the original spool holder, the top mounts to 2 existing mounting screws************************** WARNING: There is VERY little space behind the Z-stage. Make sure when you mount the "U2RS_MiddleScrewPlate" you'll place the screws from the inside of the printer to the outside (so screwhead inside, nut on outside) and only use screws with a thin head. To be sure you're ok check by rising your bed manually (power of, turn the Z-stage screw)... this is not like in the main picture ... **************************For this first "starter kit" I made mounts for your feeder (which ever you use .. roberts, mine,  the UM2 original, or whatever you prefer) and spools. The "low friction compact spool holder" hangs loos into the brackets, for super quick changing. You can move stuff horizontally on the rails, and vertically in the brackeds by using the little spacers (I provided 20mm spacers, but you can adjust to whatever you need to keep things a bit organised i've published the "compact low friction spool holder" separately here ; https://www.youmagine.com/designs/compact-low-friction-spool-holder [2]The brackets for the spool holder come in 2 types, the left/right is the basic version, the "middle" is a few mm wider for when you when you want to use 2 spools next to each other on 1 backet. The single and double mounts have build in support, use a small plier to remove it (see picture), the backplates also have supports already build into the holes for the connectors.I printed my back plate in colorfabb XT at 255c / 70c buildplate / 50 speed, butt it may be better to print a little cooler. When printing in higher room temperatures (it was around 30c when I did this) the glass plate may not cool down enough for your print to let go of the glass plate (it needs to cool till 20c), a few minutes in the fridge will do the job.edit 1/2015 ; some minor changes, cleaned up the design of the brackets and spacers, changed the plate that mounts into the original spoolholder so screws will sink a bit deeper.
