A simple, comfortable battery holder for your 18650's. battery safety is you're main priority, not having them in a case can lead to a short circuit and severe burns.magnet dimensions are 5x2mm. they can easily be found on ebay or amazon.for printing the half's are identical, just make a second copy of the STL. no supports are required and I used a .2mm layer height.

Simple battery boxes with integrated polarity indicators. Files for 1 to 4 batteries, I used 1/8" heavy duty copper foil with adhesive backing to link the battery compartments. I recommend soldering the power leads to the copper before adding it to the printed piece. Protective battery boxes are a perfect fit for the Turnigy Nanotech 1300 3S batteries that are popular for minquads and FPV racers. There's two styles, one with the SeeMeCNC blinky eyes and one without. The inside dimensions are 24mm x 34mm and they are 70mm long.
This is a charge indicator that can be stuck onto any battery and can then be used to indicate whether the battery is charged or not. It works via a sliding mechanism that slides between two halves - one half indicates fully charged whilst the other half indicates empty. You'll notice in the photos that this indication was printed in three colours (green for full and red for empty) however, if you don't want to print yours in 3 colours then you can print it all in one colour because there is a cross and a tick in each half. The indicator is printed in 3 parts which means that it requires assembly. This is easy as all you have to do is insert the slider into one half and then glue the two parts side-by-side onto the battery so that the slider can move between the two halves. (if you glue the two halves directly together there is a chance you will glue the slider so it cannot slide). For adhesion you can use double sided tape or normal multipurpose glue.
