Smart Watch mount for bikeyoumagine.com
I am a keen user of Strava which has an Android Wear app but constantly looking at my wrist was annoying so I designed this to allow me to view my details on the go. This fits oversized handlebars at 31.8mm.I've added v2 which has a flat face if you'd rather print it face down.
Otterbox iPhone Belt Clip Mod to Mountain Bike Mountyoumagine.com
I've wanted to be able to mount my phone to my Cannondale F9 since I first purchased it and could never find a way to do so without a big clunky attachment, without having to buy a completely different case with its own proprietary mounts, or one that wasn't held together with double sided tape. So I finally got around to designing one that fit my purpose. I use the TrackMyRide+ App alot so this makes it easier to both see calls and handle your phone without having to pull it out of your pockets while riding. Or you could even watch a movie on the go! :PThe version pictured is my first version which has worked great and has held my phone safely for over 60 miles of riding. I've uploaded V2 which reduces the amount of material necessary to print it and should still give a good solid hold.Quick Instructions:1) Print the adapter. ( I used 2mm walls with a 80% infill ) I added a small pilot hole in the center of the adapter to force Cura to create a 4mm~ area of material around the center to make the use of a screw attachment easier for those who use less infill ( ie: 20% ). The center pounchout may need a little cleaning with a dremel of any support material to help the otterbox clip sit flush in the hole.2) Carefully bend and pry away the original plastic gator clip from the Otterbox Belt clip exposing the circular attachment point. I used a small pair of need nose pliers.3) Align the adapter on your belt clip ( assuring a flush fit ) in the orientation you would like to mount your phone to your bike and using a small drill bit, drill a pilot hole with your drill about 4-5mm .4) Find a way to countersink your hole so that your screw can sit flush behind the phone. ( Use a countersink or large dril bit tip )5) Install your screw and test fit it on your bike.6) If all is well, back out the screw just enough to remove the adapter and apply generous amounts of ABS juice or adhesive to both mating surfaces. Grab both pieces and align them and press them together as you install the screw again by hand. At this point using wood workers clamps you can clamp down on the adapter and belt clip plate. Use a small brush to add a light coat of ABS juice along the seam of the adapter plate and belt clip to help make it stronger.7) Give the adhesive 24 hours to dry and harden. Once dry, run your zip ties through the two holes and mount it on your bike. Make sure to pull the zip ties nice and tight. Another tip is to run the zip ties in opposite directions to keep the base from wanting to pull to one side.
Bike Bottle Mountyoumagine.com
## Moved over from Takerbot's Thingiverse...#Unfortunately, all the images were cropped by YouMagine :(Though it was primarily created to hold standard, mini PET bottles,it can be tuned to fit any other type of bottle too. Some features:- only one part to print- completely configurable- bottles can be put in upright or upside-down- mounting bracket supports flat or round surfaces- optional cutout for front derailleur clamps- mount it with screws or- mount it with zip-ties (linear or radial)- more than 30 variables to play with---## MEASURES The default values in the OpenSCAD source file perfectly fit several 0.5l, 64mm diameter PET mini bottles. I am not sure about international standards, but at least almost all our German 0.5l bottles ("Mehrweg-" and "Einwegpfandflaschen") will fit. You only need to modify/tune the mounting options (frame diameter, screw parameters, etc...). ### bottle - diameter, mid - diameter, top (for upside-down usage) - length (usually 1/2 up to 2/3 of the bottle) ### bike - frame diameter - screw distance - screw diameter - screw head or washer diameter - frame nut diameter - frame nut height Keep an eye on the screw position (height) and bottle size and make sure the bottle cage will fit. ## OpenSCAD It is highly recommended to set the variable SHOWCUTOUTS to "1" and disable PUTINPRINTPOS (set to "0"). This will turn on some "debug" (cutout) objects and show the bottle cage in its normal position: SHOWCUTOUTS = 1; // show cutouts: 0/1 (off/on) PUTINPRINTPOS = 0; // enable preferred printing pos. It would not make sense to describe all the OpenSCAD parameters, here. The source file contains a description for each of the variables and most of them should be self-explanatory. If something is unclear, modify a value and observe the changes in the 3D view. For STL export, set: SHOWCUTOUTS = 0; // show cutouts: 0/1 (off/on) PUTINPRINTPOS = 1; // enable preferred printing pos. ## PRINTING If these two variables are equal, this thing can be printed without any support: clampExtTop = 0.0; // length extension (top) frameExtTop = 0.0; // length extension of frame mount (top) I printed all by bottle mounts with an infill value of 30%. ## MOUNTING - a bit of rubber tape (insulating/elecrician's tape) is highly recommended, especially for the zip-tie version. - ...

Face Monster Mini Skateboardredpah.com
3D printed mini skateboard with a dual color deck featuring the Face Monster logo.http://youtu.be/fYweE9gFXwk https://www.facebook.com/FaceMonsterDKJY https://www.facebook.com/layeredLLC To get the dual color on my single extruder printer I just paused the print and switched the filament. This is in three separate prints (the deck, wheels, trucks and pins) so each part can be what ever color you choose.Put the pins through the trucks and the wheels and then the trucks piece gets glued on the board (I used crazy glue).I recommend printing the deck and trucks with supports http://youtu.be/fYweE9gFXwk https://www.facebook.com/FaceMonsterDKJY https://www.facebook.com/layeredLLC
